ROOTED IN TRADITION – THE STORY OF FOUNDERS

A Farmer’s Struggle That Inspired a Revolution

For Eknath Pawar  and Ganesh Gadhave, the journey of Organic Bharat by HPW started in the fertile lands of their ancestors. Their grandparents were farmers who grew the finest quality groundnuts, but they always faced one painful reality—they never got the right price for their produce in the market.

Despite having golden fields, abundant with high-quality crops, middlemen and large corporations dictated prices. The same groundnut that was grown with love and care was sold for a fraction of its true worth. Watching their families struggle, Ganesh and Eknath knew something had to change.

But their biggest realization came when they noticed a stark contrast between village life and city habits. In their hometown, people still relied on freshly extracted, raw oils from the Kolhu—full of nutrition, aroma, and purity. But in the cities, people had unknowingly embraced refined oils, mass-produced with chemicals, preservatives, and high heat, stripping away essential nutrients. The result? A rising wave of heart diseases, cholesterol, obesity, and lifestyle disorders—all linked to what we consume daily.

A Vision to Bring Back Pure, Healthy Oils

Determined to make a difference, Ganesh and Eknath, along with visionary leader Bhavika Patil, decided to challenge the system. They founded Organic Bharat by HPW, a brand dedicated to reviving pure, wood-pressed oils while ensuring farmers get the fair value they deserve.

Their mission? To reconnect people with the oils their ancestors trusted. To revive the lost art of cold-pressing. To ensure that every home, in India and beyond, has access to pure, chemical-free oils.
